Parent Coaching

“I help you raise children who will want to come home for Thanksgiving, and you’ll want to see them.”

I offer private, individualized coaching sessions, by phone or in person, to help you learn what you need to do to meet your parenting goals and change your life and the life of your child/teen.

These sessions:

  • Encourage you forward toward your dreams and goals with your children.
  • Guide you to improve functioning in the parenting area of your life.
  • Provide tools so you can become proactive with your children.
  • Help you develop a heart-to-heart connection to your children.
  • See you as creative, resourceful, and whole, and help you tap into your strengths.
  • Can be done by phone or in person. Scheduling is flexible to meet your needs.
  • Can also include psychotherapy since I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Certified Addictions Counselor, and specifically trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, and Brainspotting.

I use materials, as indicated, from:
